Each step of the selling process he performed superbly, especially his advice on the terms and negotiations of what was a complex sales agreement. All this for a low commission was great!

Before meeting with you I had reservations that an agent who could offer 1% commission would be able to market our house properly. Once we had met and spoken, however, I realized that you were a true professional, would market our house properly, and would do your utmost to obtain for us the best possible price.
