You are promising low commission and best service, What is the catch?

I will not say NONE, there is a catch in what I offer and I have it listed for you:

1. I charge lower commission and in return I get more volume, more happy clients means more business.
2. Being in business for many years, I know that no amount of advertising can beat the Word Of Mouth.
3. I don't spend a lot of money promoting myself in the way of big billboards and magazine ads...
4. I'd rather spend more time and energy assisting my clients so that they are happy when I close the deal for them.
5. I count on return business, on average every 5-7 years home owners either sell their existing home and buy a new one or buy their second home.

What is the advantage of listing on the MLS?

My understanding is that serious buyers work with Realtors, so if your home is listed on the MLS it reaches 100% of the agents who are searching for homes that matches their criteria. MLS notification system will send messages to agents searching for home that a house or condo is just listed for sale.
This will help get  many potential buyers at your door within a short period of time.

How much time does it take to sell a home?

Some of the factors that play a big role  is:
The condition of your home
The price
How your home is marketed
The neighborhood
How much time your agent put into selling your home
In today's market, well listed homes sell between 1-3 weeks time ......
My last 4 listings were sold within 5 days (Feb16, 2010)

What if I decide not sell my home?

That is one of the concerns that many home owners have. They ask what if I choose not to sell.
Let me deal with that issue; if you decide not to sell while listed with me, you have the right to take your home off the market without any hassle or any cost to you.
