With my background in Architectural Design, I have a very good knowledge of Canadian Housing Design & Construction. I see what many other agents don't, given that they have very limited or no training or experience in Housing Design or Construction.
We find out every information available about the house that you are to see and will get you the sales history of that particular house and other homes in the area.
We listen and make sure I understand what you have in mind and what type of house or condo you are looking for. As a father of three, I understand the type type of impact making a wrong decision will have on your every day life. When working with my clients, I not only have a legal but a moral obligation to make sure the process of buying a home is a pleasant one and your interest is always protected.
If you want to be notified of new listings that come up in the area where you want to buy, I can setup the MLS notification system to alert you of new listing. The information you will receive includes detailed description of homes with pictures. The agents MLS database is different from the public mls website.
The listings you will receive is filtered based on the criteria you specify i.e. price range, area, number of bedrooms, age of house, finished or unfinished basement and so on. Any new hot listings that match your expectations automatically sent to you without delay (since it might take longer for new listings to show on the pubic MLS database).
