What if a registered sales person with years of experience and many potential buyers who can help you sell your home fast, hasstle free and for highest possible price?
When you advertise your home as FSBO you are attracting mostly bargain hunters who are savvy buyers and automatically expect lower price from you since they know you are not paying any commissions. So, there goes the commission fees you were trying to save!!!
